Event HVAC hire, or heating ventilation and air conditioning is supplied to events to maintain the space used at a comfortable temperature. Consequently, this improves the experience of the visitors and participants. To achieve this, heating or cooling HVAC equipment is required.
Whilst heating can be applied directly by placing electrical heaters directly in the area, cooling is a more technical process requiring removal of heat. A common example being, the placing of an air handling unit’s (AHU’s) inside the space, and using chilled water from an external chiller to cool the air passing across it. In this way heat is moved from the inside to out.
Of equal importance, fresh air supply and ventilation is a must for most temporary event spaces where a clean safe environment is desirable. Typically, externally located air handling units are used to supply fresh conditioned air.
Over many years, we have designed event HVAC hire that can be supplied to any event, large and small, to create the perfect environment.
Importantly, with the current focus on ventilation to minimise virus infection, we have air handling systems that can supply large amounts of fresh air to any space.
With safety in mind, our newer rooftop units have C02 sensors fitted to automatically monitor air quality and increase fresh air supply as required.

To provide event HVAC rental at the Excel centre for a staff break-out area. ACR were approached by SMP Building Services Consulting Engineers to supply a temporary HVAC system for this project.
ACR were contracted by Nussli Switzerland to supply a complete HVAC overlay system for temporary basketball courts. This major Olympic project was due to be located on the Lee Valley behind the Ice Centre.
Event air-conditioning hire in London for an Olympic project that was specified and delivered at short notice for the games.
This HVAC project came about as a result of the test events held prior to the Olympics. Worryingly, it was found that insufficient space was available for the opening ceremony performers to make up in.
Advanced Climate Rentals were approached at short notice by the client with a significant problem. The plane was due to be used for an event, this included decking out the fuselage with live foliage to give a woodland theme.
