A robust gasket plate heat exchanger fitted into a lifting frame for safe handling and movement.

Suited to all commercial and industrial heating and cooling applications, they are a great all-rounder and very popular with our many clients.

• 500kw cooling duty at the specified conditions.
• Oversized with 109 plates for reduced pressure differential of 0.5 bar.
• Capable of a 30lt per second flow rate.
• PN16 DN100 connection flanges
• Slider plates fitted for in situe servicing
• Mounted in portable skids to assist with safe transport, lifting and handling.
• Supplied with all ancillary items making suitable for all commercial and industrial temporary cooling and heating applications.
• Stock available for rapid delivery to urgent or planned projects nationwide.

• A small flat level space is required for location. The unit will fit through most standard sized doors.
• Isolated flanged connections of not less that DN75 would be required to ensure correct flow rates when connecting to the clients system.
• Flexible temporary hosing can be supplied with the unit for connection to clients water systems. We can supply hose suitable for either chilled water or heating systems– high or low pressure, including stainless steel braided hoses.
• Primary/ secondary pumps available if required.
• Full design, installation and commissioning provided for planned and emergency projects.
